A patented locking lip at the hanger and guide sections of each Polaris plate fastens plates securely together during the critical tightening operation. The Plate-Lock System keeps plates and gaskets tightly aligned, and ensures a tight seal for Polaris plate-and-frame heat exchangers even at high working temperatures.
